The Canadian Association of Harness Dog Sports

CAHDS exists to promote development, expansion, and participation in harness dog-powered sports in all its diverse aspects and to foster understanding and appreciation of the history and traditions of harness dogs.

CAHDS is a volunteer-driven association whose board and committees operate in conjunction with regional leaders and organizations across Canada. Our goal is to advance harness dog sports in Canada and support Canadian athletes & their 4-legged team members by encouraging the development of harness dogs sports at the club and regional levels and advocating for the best interests of harness dog sports and our athletes on the international stage.
